Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-10-27
All services on this website are owned and operated by the Shiftfigure team.
By using shiftfigure.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What you make with the tools
The calendars, timesheets, CSV and calendar (.ics) files, printouts and results you create with the tools (“your output”) are yours to use for any purpose, including at work and in documents you share with an employer, a payroll provider or your crew. No attribution is required.
You may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its calculators or its design as a competing tool or service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.
Not legal, tax or payroll advice
The calculators give estimates under the rule pack you choose. They are not legal, tax or payroll advice. Your contract, collective or union agreement, employer policy and the law that applies where you work decide what you are actually owed. For a binding answer, ask your employer, payroll provider, works council, union, tax office or a lawyer.
No warranty
We test the tools against independently calculated results, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and licences
The site’s design, text and code are © Shiftfigure. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.
Advertising and third-party services
The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
Changes and contact
We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: support@shiftfigure.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
